What the review service will cover
The experience of booking, fee clarity, communication, appointment delivery and administration. A review is a person’s account, not proof of clinical quality or a recommendation for a prescription.
Before submissions open
We are completing the operator details, privacy arrangements and moderation process. This page does not collect or publish patient information. Please do not email medical records or reviews in the meantime.
Planned publication rules
- Genuine first-hand experiences only; no invented, paid or incentivised reviews.
- Use a display name. Do not identify other patients, upload records or include prescriptions, diagnoses or contact information.
- Positive and negative accounts follow the same moderation rules. Payment cannot remove a review or improve a score.
- We will label what was verified. Email confirmation alone will never be described as proof of treatment.
- Clinics may respond to public service issues without confirming patient identity or disclosing health information.
- A reporting, correction and appeal process will accompany submission.
Why this matters
The CMA expects publishers to take proportionate steps against fake or misleading reviews. Reviews about healthcare can also reveal sensitive personal information, even when names are removed.
