- £90 treatment consultation after a MyPace diagnosis, then £145 per month for prescription and titration. More than one month may be needed.
- Appointment sequence
- Assessment, separate treatment consultation, titration monitoring, then £200 post-titration follow-up.

- £200 six-month reviews; maintenance repeat prescriptions £40. Medicine cost is separate.
